Donna received her B.A., and M.B.A. from The University of Tampa. She received her Juris Doctor in Law from Florida Coastal School of Law. She was the recipient of the Jerome Kermit Award for Public Service. She was the Vice President of a Professional Liability Company prior to attending Law school. She has several insurance designations. She is a Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator as well as a Circuit Civil Mediator. Her insurance and business background uniquely qualify her for Circuit Civil and Commercial Mediations. Donna also specializes in Employer/Employee Mediations supported by her M.B.A. in Human Resource Management and her work in Employee Practices Liability with several insurance carriers. Donna recently completed the Court Appointed Arbitrator Training as well as the Bankruptcy Mediation Training.

Paul has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida, and has his Law Degree from the University of Florida. He has practiced law in the Tampa area for 25 years concentrating in Family Law and has extensive experience in all family law matters, handled thousands of cases in family law, custody, support, alimony and equitable distribution of property.

Todd Seiden, J.D. Mediation, Dispute Resolution, And Litigation

Todd Seiden has been in the legal profession and dispute resolution field since 1994. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Binghamton in New York in 1988, majoring in Law and Society. Mr. Seiden obtained his law degree in 1997 from Thomas Cooley Law School in Michigan in which he obtained numerous academic achievements including Law Review, Honor Roll, and the Jon Voelker Award for his efforts in Law Review. He has been involved in Family Law and Civil Cases since 1997 where he started in Detroit, Michigan and surrounding areas. Mr. Seiden relocated to the Tampa Bay Area in 1999. He has been involved in hundreds of domestic relation cases as an attorney and consultant in Florida.
Mr. Seiden has a clear understanding of the sensitivity of a family law case as it involves so much emotion. He understands the real life drama of every case. However, he also offers years of insight how to break through the emotional aspects, pin point the issues, and reach swift, affordable, and equitable settlements. Mr. Seiden has personal and professional knowledge of how to resolve cases short of the expense of litigation, and is willing to share his skills, knowledge, and professionalism to mediate your case. He can mediate the very highly contested cases, as well as conduct “last minute” sessions sometimes necessary as ordered by the Court or right before trial. His schedule is flexible and he is available to mediate nights and weekends if that is what is required to resolve your client’s case.

Zel Alexander

Zel has worked in the court system for more than twenty years. She was trained and certified by the Supreme Court as a family mediator, in the first group from Hillsborough County. She has been honored by the Family Law Division of the Bar Association as Peace Maker of the Year.

Karen Nelson

Karen has been mediating family cases since 1987 with prior experience as a social worker, specializing in the area of chronic disabilities. She is on contract for family law cases with Hillsborough and Pasco counties, and is certified to mediate private cases throughout the state of Florida.
