Our practice provides:

• • Scheduling and coordinating with opposing attorneys and parties.

• • Mailing of notices, and the filing of agreements.

• Outcomes of mediations with the courts.

Mediation fee:

The fee for mediation is assessed at the rate of $150.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum.  The fee is usually split between both parties, unless otherwise agreed upon or upon order from the court.
