Todd Seiden has been in the legal profession and dispute resolution field since 1994. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Binghamton in New York in 1988, majoring in Law and Society. Mr. Seiden obtained his law degree in 1997 from Thomas Cooley Law School in Michigan in which he obtained numerous academic achievements including Law Review, Honor Roll, and the Jon Voelker Award for his efforts in Law Review. He has been involved in Family Law and Civil Cases since 1997 where he started in Detroit, Michigan and surrounding areas. Mr. Seiden relocated to the Tampa Bay Area in 1999. He has been involved in hundreds of domestic relation cases as an attorney and consultant in Florida.
Mr. Seiden has a clear understanding of the sensitivity of a family law case as it involves so much emotion. He understands the real life drama of every case. However, he also offers years of insight how to break through the emotional aspects, pin point the issues, and reach swift, affordable, and equitable settlements. Mr. Seiden has personal and professional knowledge of how to resolve cases short of the expense of litigation, and is willing to share his skills, knowledge, and professionalism to mediate your case. He can mediate the very highly contested cases, as well as conduct “last minute” sessions sometimes necessary as ordered by the Court or right before trial. His schedule is flexible and he is available to mediate nights and weekends if that is what is required to resolve your client’s case.
